Motivation. . .

Ok ok ok, so I will admit it.  I've slipped up a bit.  With my first year of grad school coming to an end [last week to be exact, yay me! lol] and just a lot of things going on in my life, I have neglected myself some.  I've been eating poorly which led to weight loss, weight gain then weight maintenance. so, I am back where I was when i first start losing last summer. -sigh- Set back? No.  Just a reminder that I am human and that sometimes, it's mind over matter.  Therefore, I've decided to motivate myself. . .  without self-motivation, goals are just mere dreams. Sidebar: yeah, Kelly Rowland doesnt have much to do with the post, but you get the point lol.

My Motives:
  • eat healthier, smarter
  • lifestyle change
  • be active
  • 5k run
  • feel completely comfortable in a bikini
I must remember that this is for me, first.  Then it's for everyone else.  When I say everyone else, I refer to the benefits that they will receive as well which comes with living a healthier, longer life.  I want to see my brothers get married and have children and my friends purchase their first homes.  All of that begins with me.
