LosingIt, GainingMe

     I'm not sure if this is going to turn into a fitness/healthy lifestyle blog or not, who knows.  But right now that is going to be one of my main goals in life.  I won't be able to get to the finish line if I never start (again).
     Since grad school started, I've put on the weight that I let go plus a little.  And right now, it gots ta go! For real!  So I will start this LosingIt, GainingMe series to just put it out there and hold myself accountable.  It just has to go.

     So tomorrow I shall kick this off with the oh sooo sweet (lol) Jillian Michaels! Yes, 30 Day Shred here I come!  I do have a gym membership but it's really a pain to get up in the am, drive there, work out how I want to, drive back to my place and get ready for my day.  30DS promises a 20-minute intense workout! I'm all in! I have a lot of DVDs but they're like 45 minutes to an hour. . . blah! LOL!  So I will do this for 30 days and on the weekends (when my world is a bit slower), I'll go to my beloved gym to hit the elliptical, etc.  I'll also jog around my neighborhood/parks when I have the urge.
